"There has never been more information available to parents — and never been harder to know what truly matters for your child. We exist to change that."

— Dr. Natacha Cesar-Davis, Founder

Your goals. Your values. Our expertise.

Boutique, High-Touch,
Always Personal

Every family we work with receives Dr. Cesar-Davis's direct attention — not a junior associate, not a template. This is what boutique truly means.

You will always know who is in your corner.

Our Story

Pacific Ridge was born from a pattern Dr. Natacha Cesar-Davis kept noticing — again and again, in conversations with thoughtful, devoted parents.

They weren’t struggling because something was wrong with their child. They were overwhelmed by the sheer volume of decisions, conflicting information, and competing advice that defines modern parenthood.

What should we be focusing on right now? How do we know if we’re doing enough?

We created Pacific Ridge to answer those questions — and in doing so, pioneered a new type of service for families who want to be proactive about their child’s success, not reactive to problems.

Our mission is to deliver expert guidance and personalized support that empowers families to make confident, informed decisions at every stage of their child’s development — preparing them for lifelong learning, growth, and success as engaged, productive members of society.

We do this through high-touch, research-grounded coaching across the decisions that matter most: choosing the right school, designing a home environment that supports learning, navigating extracurricular activities with intention, building executive functioning skills, and creating an educational strategy that grows with your child from the earliest years through the end of middle school.

This is not generic advice. This is not a checklist. This is a trusted thought partner — one with PhD-level expertise in child and adolescent development — who partners with your family to build an approach that reflects your values, your child’s unique needs, and your vision for their future.

Pacific Ridge provides educational coaching and consulting — not psychological evaluation or therapy. Where additional specialized support is identified, we connect families with trusted licensed professionals in our network.

Wes Davis

Wes Davis brings something rare to Pacific Ridge — the ability to think at the intersection of education, strategy, and elite athletic performance.

A former Division I athlete and experienced coach across multiple sports, Wes knows firsthand what it takes to develop young people who can perform under pressure, stay motivated through adversity, and build the discipline that translates from the field to the classroom. That experience shapes everything he does at Pacific Ridge.

Beyond athletics, Wes brings over 15 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 executives and school leaders to define vision, build strategy, and drive results. He has a deep command of people, process, and technology — and a track record of helping schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations move from intention to execution.

At Pacific Ridge, Wes is the architect behind the operational systems and strategic frameworks that ensure every family we serve receives a clear, actionable plan — not just good advice. He also leads our Sports & Athletics Pathway Planning service, bringing his competitive background directly to the families navigating one of the most complex and consequential decisions in youth development.
